Crooked River Ranch Golf Course is located about 40 minutes from downtown Bend and well worth the drive! This well-groomed layout is not especially long by today's standards at just under 6,000 yards from the back tees. Not only is Crooked River Ranch a fun course to play, the setting is beautiful, in a river canyon with views of the mountains looking up and the river looking down. In 2023 Golf Advisor had Crooked River Ranch ranked as the 5th best course in Oregon.
Aspen Lakes is a privately owned, public golf course in Sisters,OR, about 30 minutes from downtown Bend. Featuring unique red sand bunkers, world-class staff & customer service and Central Oregon's most scenic views Aspen Lakes is a must play for every visiting golfer! Aspen Lakes is truly one of the most spectacular courses in Oregon from a scenery standpoint. The course is always meticulously groomed, but the most distinctive feature, of course, is the red “sand” traps. Yes, Aspen Lakes is that course. There are pictures of Aspen Lakes that don’t even look real; it can be that stunning. But for all that, we think it’s the mountains that make Aspen Lakes. Architect William Overdorf designed Aspen Lakes so that one of Central Oregon’s signature mountain peaks is in the background of virtually every hole — Mt. Bachelor, Broken Top, the Three Sisters and others. Lush green fairways, red sand traps and snow-capped mountains make for an astounding visual combination.

Aspen Lakes Golf Course
We invite our SFGA members to join us out west as we play four unique courses on the Central Oregon Golf Trail. Central Oregon offers breathtaking landscapes, natural wonders, and great weather which help foster an amazing group of high desert golf courses that comprise the Central Oregon Golf Trail. Our home base will be in the popular city of Bend. We stay in the quaint downtown district, which reminds us of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The best hotel in Bend is the Oxford Hotel and that is where we’ll stay. We love the Oxford because the rooms are luxurious and its location allows guests to easily walk to the many restaurants, shops and cafes found in downtown Bend. This package is similar to our Coeur d’Alene Trip as golf, sightseeing and airport transfers (from/to Redmond RDM) are all included. You will not need to rent a car. This trip is limited to just 28 golfers and we encourage you to register early.
